KPA & Team Franky Foundation Shave-a-thon

Join us April 3rd from 10AM-2PM at the Kalinowski Performance Academy to raise funds for terminally ill children and their families!

The KPA family and friends have been involved with many great foundations and charities over the years (American Heart Association, St. Baldrick's, Special Olympics, Wounded Warrior, etc). This year we are happy to be partnering with TDY and the Team Franky Foundation in honor of Franky Talley and his family.

The Team Franky Foundation is a non-profit organization in honor of a local five year old boy, Franky Talley. Franky was born a normal, healthy child. Four months shy of Franky's fourth birthday, he was rushed to the local emergency room for a headache. Shortly after, he was diagnosed with DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma), an inoperable brain tumor with no cure. Franky's family was faced with many financial burdens during his courageous 18 month battle with terminal pediatric brain cancer. With the help of others, his family was able to forget about those burdens and spend all of their time with Franky. The Team Franky Foundation seeks to help reduce the burden on families currently with terminally ill children.
